This new luxury savoyard chalet-style residence is perfectly located at the foot of the slopes in a quiet and sunny neighbourhood. Close to the “Village Montana”, the residence comprises 37 apartments and has been built respecting all current environmental and climatic regulations.

The Caron commercial centre and the sports centre are just a short walk away. The kindergarten and children’s ski school (E.S.F.) are in the centre of the residences “Village Montana”.

Beautifully presented, all apartments have a balcony and are very comfortable and spacious. They are designed to sleep between 4 to 6 people all with the following facilities: satellite television, telephone, hair dryer, heated towel rail, safe....

The kitchens are equipped with oven, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and a complete set of crockery and cutlery
