"Specialities":

• Stone grill with beef, duck and poultry (minimum 2 people)

• Three-cheese fondue (Beaufort, Comté et Gruyère de Savoie)

"Traditional recipes": 

• Cream of pumpkin soup, bacon and onion emulsion
• Beef cheek and tail cooked in red wine from Savoie, slow roasted onions and carrots
